大涎腺腺样囊性癌治疗及预后探讨

本文收集我院１９６２－１９９４年住院治疗的大涎腺腺样囊性癌７３例。其中４３例施行单纯手术治疗，３０例手术后辅助放疗，３９例术后局部复发，单纯手术占其中的的７９．１％。１５例远处转移，６例区域淋巴结转移。面神经受累占腮腺病例的３８．３％。术后全组３、５、１０、１５年的生存率分别为７１．７％、５１．３％、２３．５％、１９．４％。手术后辅助放疗组局部复发率及各期生存率均优于单纯手术组。作者对其治疗与预后进行回顾性分析后认为，首次手术切除范围应尽可能广泛，术后辅助放疗应作为本病治疗的常规部分 ...
