116例髋关节置换手术患者围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物分析 [PDF]
, 2009 目的:了解我院髋关节置换手术患者围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况。方法:对我院2007年1月～2008年12月出院的116例髋关节置换手术患者围手术期抗菌药物的种类、给药频度、联用情况、用药时间等情况进行统计分析。结果:全部髋关节置换手术患者均应用抗菌药物。药物种类以头孢菌素类为主。不合理用药主要表现在预防用药选择起点高、无指征换药、手术过程中应用抗菌药物不规范、术后用药时间偏长等方面。结论:有必要加强我院外科手术预防性使用抗菌药物的管理 ...
