以海藻酸钙为载体固定活性污泥, 研究了载体、海藻酸钠浓度、pH和温度对固定化污泥处理废水性能的影响。为提高固定化小球的耐久性, 用质量分数5%的CaCl2溶液对固定化小球进行了加固处理。研究发现, 加固海藻酸钙固定化污泥具有良好的处理性能和稳定性。试验结果表明, 海藻酸钙固定化污泥小球可有效地去除废水中的NH4+-N、TN、COD和PO43--P, 在包埋活性污泥MLSS=3.0 g/L和水力停留时间为6 h时, 去除率分别达85.75%、84.48%、94.76%和93.21%。

旨在通过固定化技术提高脂肪酶的可重复利用性,推动功能性油脂的健康应用。利用大孔吸附树脂对脂肪酶固定化,并通过单因素实验和响应面法优化固定化条件,然后将固定化脂肪酶应用于牛油果甘油二酯油的制备,并分析牛油果甘油二酯油的脂肪酸组成,最后对固定化脂肪酶的重复使用性和储藏稳定性进行分析。结果表明,最佳的脂肪酶固定化条件为以大孔吸附树脂D101为载体、脂肪酶质量浓度0.21 g/mL(10 g载体)、固定化时间5 h、固定化温度41 ℃、磷酸盐缓冲溶液pH 7.5,在此条件下得到的固定化脂肪酶的酶活为6.871 ...
