We profiled nutritional and physiological markers in captive sifakas, endangered primates from Madagascar, managed in expansive, non‐native forest enclosures. Variation in many markers reflects freely foraged diets and the energy required to maintain homeostasis under more naturalistic conditions.

月湖底泥疏浚后底栖动物群落的恢复及其与环境的关系 [PDF]

绿尾虹雉迁地保护现状及对策

通过对我国特产雉类绿尾虹雉野外种群状况和圈养繁殖状况研究的调查,对其迁地保护现状做了分析和总结。绿尾虹雉圈养繁育难点主要有:圈养与栖息地海拔和气候环境差异较大使圈养个体易患疾病,存活率低;圈养繁殖率低,繁育技术水平有待提高;圈养种群缺少基础建立者,导致近亲繁殖。本文针对以上难点提出了该物种今后迁地保护相应的对策:根据野外生态环境选择圈养场地,建立生态式笼舍和繁育场所;科学地进行繁殖管理,提高繁育水平和繁殖率;建立疾病防预体系和卫生防疫制度;开展技术交流与合作。希望能为今后绿尾虹雉圈养保护提供参考。

川金丝猴圈养种群繁殖健康度的比较分析
