目的研究寒温带天然次生林土壤微生物生物量及其化学计量特征,分析纯林及其混交林树种互作对土壤微生物生物量的改变,为天然次生林土壤碳氮磷养分利用机制和养分循环研究提供参考。方法以寒温带白桦林、山杨林和白桦-山杨混交林(简称混交林)为研究对象,在每种林型内选择典型地段设置3块20 m×30 m的样地,在每个样地内,按照“S”形设置5个采样点,于2024年5—9月采集0~5、5~10、10~20 cm土层土壤样品,采用改进的氯仿熏蒸法测定土壤微生物生物量碳(Cmic)、氮(Nmic)、磷(Pmic)质量分数 ...
