采伐剩余物不同处理方式对杉木林土壤酸解有机碳及土壤微生物群落的影响
目的酸解有机碳是土壤中重要的有机碳组分,其质量分数变化将影响土壤微生物群落组成,为探讨土壤酸解有机碳和微生物群落对森林采伐剩余物不同处理方式的响应。方法对福建三明格氏栲自然保护区杉木成熟林的采伐剩余物进行清除(R)、火烧(RB)和保留(RR)3种处理,在种植杉木3 a后采集不同土层(0~10、10~20 cm)土壤,对土壤酸解有机碳组分(活性组分Ⅰ、Ⅱ及惰性组分)和微生物群落进行研究。结果1) 采伐剩余物处理对0~10 cm土层土壤酸解有机碳组分无显著影响。10~20 cm土层,RR和R处理下活性组分Ⅰ(
