输电线路绝缘子串的性能对电力系统的稳定运行至关重要。为了实时、准确的检测输电线路中可能存在的劣化绝缘子,通过试验及仿真分析传感器材料及封装性等因素对检测精度的影响,优化了光学电场传感器对绝缘子周边电场强度的检测方法,在此基础上设计研制了劣化绝缘子在线检测装置。通过现场试验,验证了该检测装置能够实时、有效的检测出绝缘子串是否存在劣化情况。

Research on Wood Surface Detection Based on Computer Vision [PDF]
基于机器视觉技术对板材表面缺陷检测进行研究,设计了在线检测的硬件系统和软件处理流程,介绍了图像预处理、图像分割和目标提取等处理方法并对缺陷图像进行相应处理。利用C#软件对板材缺陷在线检测进行人机交互界面设计和在线调试及在线检测。实验结果表明,本检测方法可行,误检率低,可很好地应用于木材自动化生产过程的在线检测。This paper presents a study into board surface defect detection based on machine vision technology.

为解决输电线路绝缘子在线检测问题,设计了低/零值绝缘子带电检测机器人。确保检测机器人在强电场中能够解决在线检测问题,运用ANSYS仿真软件建立750 k V输电线路的U300B/195悬式钢化绝缘子,以及机器人抓手、环氧树脂板和分裂导线等部件的仿真模型,并对机器人检测装置进行电场计算分析。研究结果表明:环氧树脂板与铝垫片交接处场强畸变严重;修整后的环氧树脂板可较大程度减小其内部以及表面的电场;检测装置会影响绝缘子周围的电场分布,但不会影响其绝缘性能;检测机器人能够测量绝缘子绝缘阻值。
