Shuitu Baochi Xuebao, 2023 为及时全面地监测阿克苏地区生态环境质量的时空变化,基于谷歌地球引擎(GEE)平台,利用MODIS多光谱传感器2005年、2010年、2015年、2020年的遥感数据构建遥感生态指数(RSEI),运用Moran指数、地理探测器等方法探究阿克苏地区生态环境质量时空演变及影响因素检测。结果表明:(1)2005-2020年阿克苏地区RSEI由0.24增至0.27,生态环境质量呈波动上升趋势,RSEI高值区主要分布于阿克苏地区北缘以及中部绿洲区,低值区主要分布于沙漠、戈壁等地。(2)2005-2020年 ...

Gaoya dianqi, 2020 SF6高压断路器是保障电网安全稳定运行的关键设备,机械特性测试是评估其机构运行状态的主要手段。文中从断路器在型号和结构方面的差异入手,系统地比较了各型断路器动作时间测量原理、速度参数定义算法、合闸电阻投入方式等方面的不同,再辅以测试现场常用技巧,从而全面透析了机械特性测试工作的本质;基于国内外相应测试仪器的研发现状,探究了最优现场测试方案;最后通过梳理各型分析识别技术,解析了断路器机构运行状态智能评价方案的实际需要和研发路径。
