Effects of climate change on marine biodiversity on the western Atlantic coast
Conservation Biology, EarlyView.Abstract The current climate crisis, driven by greenhouse gas emissions, threatens global biodiversity, including that in marine ecosystems. However, projections for the western Atlantic Ocean that jointly quantify species richness and endemism while accounting for spatially biased and incomplete occurrence data remain limited.

蒙药乌力地格调控PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号通路 抑制肝门部胆管癌裸鼠移植瘤的机制研究
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue目的探索蒙药乌力地格对肝门部胆管癌细胞株QBC939荷瘤裸鼠的作用效果并同时研究其作用效果与PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号通路的关系。方法用QBC939细胞在裸鼠皮下造模成功后，随机将荷瘤裸鼠分为吉西他滨组、生理盐水空白对照组、二甲基亚砜（Dimethy sulfoxide,DMSO）溶剂对照组、乌力地格组。按照分组情况给药，并且记录各组移植瘤体积及荷瘤裸鼠重量变化。连续给药15天,眼球采血后处死荷瘤裸鼠。用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测血清中肿瘤标记物CEA、CA19-9的含量 ...
