卫星散射计通过测量海表粗糙度反演全球海面风场。对于Ku波段散射计,海表粗糙不仅和海面风场相关,还受海表温度的二阶效应调制。定量研究了海表温度对中法海洋卫星(CFOSAT)散射计(CSCAT)反演风速和后向散射测量的影响。结果表明,CSCAT两种极化方式测量的后向散射系数都会受到海表温度的影响,但是垂直极化中低入射角(θ < 36°)测量的后向散射系数几乎不随温度变化。因此CSCAT的风速偏差也随海表温度的变化而变化,且随着入射角的增大和风速的减小,海表温度对风速偏差的影响程度增大 ...

基于WAsP的近海风电场发电量计算研究 [PDF]

准确评估风电场发电量水平对项目开发至关重要。针对海岸线附近的近海风电场,结合已建项目的测风塔数据和风电机组运行资料,得出WAsP计算模型主要参数取值。近海地区的风资源及发电量呈现一定的衰减规律,通过不同粗糙度和尾流衰减系数的设置,验证各方案模型电量与实际电量的拟合水平。结果表明,风电场的粗糙度取值要结合地形地貌、海洋水文条件等因素,海岸线附近近海风电场的粗糙度取值略高于软件推荐值,粗糙度水平为0~0.005 m;Park模型尾流衰减系数越小,发电量越小,不同的尾流衰减系数对发电量计算结果影响高达4.9%,

探究不同人为管理措施坡耕地地表微地形变化特征,阐明地表微地形变化对渗流响应,以期为紫色土坡耕地水土流失的有效防治与人为管理措施的合理布设提供科学依据。以平整坡面、穴播坡面和垄作坡面为研究对象,基于室内人工模拟渗流试验,开展5°和15°紫色土坡面微地形变化特征研究。结果表明:(1)渗流试验前后平整坡面、垄作坡面和穴播坡面微地形半方差函数在0~135°和180°~315°方向上呈中心对称分布,随地表坡度的增加分布范围逐渐缩小,且具有明显的方向性。渗流条件下,平整坡面和穴播坡面微地形各向异性的变化趋势较为一致,
