±500kV换流站直流分压器用复合套管外绝缘闪络事故分析及处理措施
对±500kV江陵和龙泉换流站直流分压器的外绝缘闪络事故进行了分析。指出该分压器发生闪络事故的原因:一是复合套管的憎水性完全丧失;二是复合套管的伞裙形状参数特性较差;三是复合套管的均压环结构不合理。发生闪络事故的主要原因是复合套管的憎水性完全丧失,其次是均压环结构不合理。在此基础上,针对分压器的结构和事故的性质,提出了从根本上解决问题的思路是应按所要求的电气、机械和憎水性能来选用复合套管外绝缘材料 ...

盐雾污秽闪络试验模拟污秽绝缘子在盐雾环境下的闪络,绝缘子周围空间存在大量高导电率雾滴,与蒸汽雾环境有所不同。盐雾环境下,不同加压方式对闪络试验结果的影响与蒸汽雾环境存在一定差别。因此,文中分别采用均匀升压法和恒压升降法对污秽绝缘子在盐雾环境下的污秽闪络进行模拟,得到绝缘子在2种加压方式下变盐密条件下的闪络电压,并比较曲线拟合结果。结果表明:交流人工盐雾污秽闪络试验中,通过均匀升压法得到的闪络电压高于恒压升降法,2种升压方法的闪络电压差值百分比为14%36%。

液氮环境中绝缘材料的沿面放电特性对超导电力设备的外绝缘设计至关重要。笔者设计环-环电极和尖-板电极,模拟均匀电场和不均匀电场,研究了低温环境下较常用的环氧树脂在液氮环境中的沿面闪络特性,得出了环氧树脂在液氮环境中两种电极下的沿面闪络电压的韦伯分布概率图,利用MATLAB软件拟合出服从韦伯分布0.1%闪络概率的沿面闪络电压和爬电距离的关系曲线,通过分析比较可见,环氧树脂在液氮环境中的沿面闪络电压受电极间距和电场不均度的影响较大,同时为高温超导电力设备的绝缘设计提供参考。
