Gongye shui chuli, 2002 论述了我国西部开发水的问题是一个关键问题,提出城市污水采用氧化塘(兼作蓄水塘)处理技术,具有兼顾污水处理与回用的需要;能大幅度降低工程投资与运行费用和合理控制城市水污染等优点。这一污水处理与回用技术对西部干旱缺水的城市和建制镇,实现利用污水资源,发展林业和污水土地深度处理,减免城市水污染将起到重要作用。研究表明,到2010年,当城市周边实现污水灌溉林农业的土地面积达到城区面积的2～4倍时,将有效促进干旱地区的生态林农业区开发,以及生态都市建设和城市化发展进程。

Gongye shui chuli, 1986 本文综合环境、经济和技术等方面因素,论述我国城市污水进行必要的集中处理,是比较经济合理的方案,提出大城市应主要发展二级污水处理厂,中小城镇开发氧化塘技术是较有前途的。经过努力,预计到2000年,我国城市污水将有40%通过处理达到标准并主要回用于城市或农业灌溉。城市水污染问题会得到较明显改善。

Shuitu Baochi Xuebao, 2004 城市地表径流是影响城市水环境质量的第二大污染源,也是仅次于农业面源污染的第二大非点源污染源。随着城市工业废水和生活污水等点源治理力度的加大,城市地表径流污染问题将越来越突出。本文系统地阐述了城市地表径流污染产生的过程、污染特征、影响因素、污染物类型及其来源,并从径流量、污染物和径流总量等3个层面,以及从污染物产前、产中以及产后等3个环节全方位地探讨了城市径流污染的削减对策与措施。

Gongye shui chuli, 1987 本文论述了国外城市污水处理及再利用的经验。并对国内城市污水处理后回用的必要性和可行性做了分析，指出利用城市污水作为工业循环冷却水的补充水，需要注意的水质指标和选择相适宜的处理方法。污水处理费用与新建水源费用相比，约节省30％。
