长时间运行的GIS设备内部SF6气体的绝缘性能受环境温度及内部气压的影响,为了分析环境温度、气压对SF6气体绝缘性能的影响规律,基于两项近似的Boltzmann方程,求解了不同气压和温度下SF6气体的电子输运参数,并分析其绝缘性能的变化规律。仿真计算结果表明:温度300 K、0.1 MPa~0.6 MPa气压条件下,随着气压的增大,SF6气体的约化电离系数增大,约化吸附系数略微增大,计算得到约化有效电离系数增大,因此临界击穿场强增大,绝缘性能越好;在气压0.1 MPa、温度250 K、300 K、340
