助脱剂对脱胶效果影响的研究

采用三因素随机区组设计,研究助脱剂处理浓度、菌液处理时间和不同菌种对苎麻脱胶效果的影响.实验结果表明:不同菌种的培养液处理苎麻,处理后苎麻残胶率之间差异不显著;而不同处理时间和不同助脱剂处理浓度之间对苎麻脱胶效果的差异达到极显著水平;三个处理因素间的互作都不显著;脱胶助剂三聚磷酸钠的适宜处理浓度为0.30%,而菌液处理苎麻纤维的适宜处理时间是16h.

城镇污水处理厂改造工程设计

以晋江市仙石污水处理厂改造工程为例, 对污水处理厂改造工程的设计进行了分析, 保留已建工程的初级处理及二级处理单元, 增设深度处理单元及旁路除磷单元, 并对污泥处理系统进行升级。深度处理采用滤布滤池工艺, 污泥处理工艺采用浓缩脱水工艺并增设旁路化学除磷。污水处理厂改造完成后, 其尾水水质满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。

混凝-纳滤组合工艺处理印染整理废水

以聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)为助凝剂,比较了4种絮凝剂对印染整理废水中的COD和浊度的去除效果,通过正交实验确定了优化混凝条件;并进一步采用纳滤膜NF270对混凝上清液进行处理,纳滤浓缩液再经混凝-纳滤在处理。结果表明,混凝优化条件,pH为7,聚合氯化铝(PAC)、PAM投加量分别为400、1.6 mg/L,在此条件下,废水中COD去除效果最好,去除率达88%以上。混凝后的上清液经纳滤膜处理,出水COD为33 mg/L;纳滤浓缩液再经混凝-纳滤再处理后,出水COD可降至30 mg/L,出水水质均满足GB/T ...
