本研究通过大量的文献调研,系统地综述了生物炭复合材料的制备方法及其在废水处理中的应用。梳理和总结了生物炭-纳米复合材料、生物炭-磁性复合材料和生物炭-无机复合材料的制备方法和特点,以及炭复合材料在重金属废水处理、有机工业废水处理中的应用研究进展,并对未来研究发展提出了建议。

工业TiOSO4液直接沉淀法制备二氧化钛/膨胀石墨吸附-光催化材料

以工业钛液为钛源,通过插层、包覆引入到可膨胀石墨上,经高温膨胀制备得到高膨胀体积二氧化钛/膨胀石墨复合材料.分别用扫描电镜、红外光谱仪、X 射线衍射仪和电子能谱对复合材料进行表征.结果发现:工业钛液直接沉淀制备的复合材料中二氧化钛能较好固着于膨胀石墨表面,随钛液加入量增加,二氧化钛/膨胀石墨复合材料的含钛增加但膨胀体积减小.复合材料中二氧化钛为锐钛型与金红石型的混和型态.红外光谱分析表明复合材料保持了类拟膨胀石墨的性能.复合材料的脱色效率优于纯膨胀石墨.

聚合物/膨润土复合材料的水肥调控特性研究

通过淋溶和蒸发试验研究了聚合物/膨润土复合材料在土壤中的水肥调控性能。结果表明,聚合物/膨润土复合材料具有显著的保水性能,但要在充分吸水的情况下才能充分发挥作用;与不含膨润土的高吸水树脂相比,含0.5倍膨润土(相对于聚合物)的复合材料在土壤中表现出相近的持水能力;复合材料通过减少水分的流失而达到减少养分流失的目的;膨润土复合材料可明显减少钾的流失。
