This results in rapid structural degradation and capacity fading upon cycling.

四川大学学报. 自然科学版, 2005 基于准相对论多组态Hartree Fock理论和Cowan程序包(RCN34/RCN2/RCG9),计算了类氢硅离子双电子复合速率系数,讨论了双激发自电离态电子的轨道角动量、电子温度、双电子复合过程的末态选择等对类氢硅离子双电子复合速率系数的影响.计算结果表明:在研究的电子温度范围内,复合通道为2pnp→2pn′l′的复合占优势,在电子温度Te=0 07keV时,总复合系数达到共振峰αDR=1 41×10-11cm3·s-1.
