中国成年人内脏肥胖指数与肾结石发病风险的关联

目的:探讨中国内脏肥胖指数(CVAI)与肾结石发病风险的相关性。方法:通过横断面研究分析78 438名在扬州大学附属医院健康管理中心进行健康筛查时接受超声检查的中国成人的资料。将研究对象根据CVAI以四分位法等分(Q1组~Q4组),采用多因素logistic回归模型评估CVAI与肾结石发病风险的关系,并进行亚组分析。采用受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线评估CVAI对肾结石风险的预测效能。结果:随着CVAI升高,研究对象肾结石的发病率呈上升趋势,从Q1组的3.36%增加至Q4组的10.67%(P<0 ...
