CT影像学和JOA评分在腰椎间盘突出症病情程度诊断评估中的应用价值
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2021 腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）多发于20-50岁的青壮年人群,男性较女性多见,发病部位以L4-5、L5-S1为主,椎间盘退变和损伤是LDH发病的主要病因[1]。日本骨科协会（JOA）评分标准是LDH病情程度诊断及疗效评价的常用工具,但存在一定主观性,不宜作为临床诊断的最终依据。由于LDH患者的CT影像学表现多样,个体差异较大,目前也尚缺乏权威的LDH病情程度CT诊断标准。
