针对黑河下游额济纳旗天然林草植被面积不断减少、生态环境日趋恶化的问题,采用实地调查和收集相关调研成果相结合的方法,在初步查明天然林草植被现状及存在问题、分析退化原因的基础上,经过探讨认为,额济纳旗天然林草植被的保护途径主要包括:大力推行围栏封育,按照草场的载畜能力调节载畜量,增加供水量、扩大灌溉面积,适当发展人工林草,建设人工小生物圈等。
