Clinical analysis of ZhongTon gAn combined with mecobalamin in treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia in menopausal women [PDF]

血清5-HT、NPY以及Hypocretin水平与卒中后抑郁症失眠患者失眠程度的相关性研究
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2023 卒中后抑郁(post stroke depression,PSD)为继发性情感精神障碍性疾病，并常伴睡眠障碍、食欲不振、头晕头痛等躯体化表现，严重影响患者的生活质量，增加患者的致残率和病死率[1-3]。PSD常发生于卒中后3-6个月，其发病率为20%-50%。对PSD患者进行及时有效的治疗可改善患者预后，提高生存质量。PSD多伴有睡眠障碍，睡眠障碍往往会加重抑郁病情，而两症互相影响形成恶性循环[4]。研究表明[5]，约有1/3-1/2的脑卒中患者伴有不同程度的失眠障碍。
