原发性失眠是常见的睡眠障碍之一，属于原因不明的失眠类型，常常伴有多种日间功能损害和睡眠-觉醒紊乱。神经影像学及神经电生理学研究提示，原发性失眠患者可能存在默认网络功能损害，并与患者的日间功能障碍和睡眠-觉醒紊乱密切相关。本文对原发性失眠的默认网络功能损害特点进行总结，并介绍在神经结构影像学、功能影像学和神经电生理学方面的相关研究及默认网络功能损害引发原发性失眠日间功能损伤和睡眠-觉醒紊乱的作用和机制。
