, 2018 目的：研究乌灵胶囊联合黛力新治疗焦虑性失眠的疗效及安全性。方法：将纳入的60例焦虑性失眠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予乌灵胶囊联合黛力新治疗，对照组单用黛力新治疗，观察两种方法的疗效及安全性。结果：治疗组有效率83.3%，对照组有效率70%，两组之间差异不具有统计学意义。治疗后治疗组HAMA评分为(8.36 ± 3.82)分，对照组HAMA评分为(10.17 ± 4.05)分，两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P 0.05)。结论：乌灵胶囊联合黛力新治疗焦虑性失眠效果较单用黛力新好，安全性好 ...
