好氧—兼氧—好氧技术处理焦化废水

新钢公司焦化厂废水处理采用传统的活性污泥处理技术,出水COD和氨氮难以达标。为实现焦化废水污染物全面达标排放,根据进出水水质特点,确定以好氧—兼氧—好氧处理为主,并完善了物化处理+生化处理的工艺流程。运行结果表明,采用完善后的工艺处理焦化废水,其出水水质完全达到了《钢铁工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 13456—1992)中的一级排放标准。

苯酚丙酮废水生物处理研究

分别采用兼氧/好氧工艺和好氧工艺对苯酚丙酮废水进行生物处理研究。该废水具有高盐分、高有机物浓度、低pH的特点,进水CODCr约1 187 mg/L。监测结果表明,使用兼氧/好氧工艺处理,兼氧槽出水平CODCr为1 021 mg/L,CODCr降低20.9%,而BOD5则升高11.9%,B/C升高了41.5%。这说明经过兼氧槽处理后,废水的可生化性进一步提高。再经过好氧槽处理,最终出水平均CODCr为63.0 mg/L。但仅采用好氧工艺的好氧槽出水平均CODCr为75.2 mg/L ...

好氧颗粒污泥的研究现状

近几年来,好氧颗粒污泥的研究得到人们的广泛关注,但其研究规模主要局限于小试,还很少有工业应用的报道。回顾了好氧颗粒污泥的研究成果,分析了好氧颗粒污泥的形成机理及应用,并探讨了好氧颗粒污泥的特征及其颗粒化过程的主要影响因素。指出,好氧颗粒污泥是近期发现的在有氧条件下自发的细胞自固定化过程,是生物膜的特殊生长形式,具有良好的沉降性能、较高的生物量和生物活性。

生物膜法缺氧-好氧工艺处理磺胺生产废水

采用生物膜法缺氧-好氧工艺处理磺胺生产废水,当进水COD为2357mg/L时,出水COD可达到284.3mg/L,去除率达87.92%。试验研究结果表明:温度对工艺运行效果影响很大,当系统温度满足25℃时,缺氧段和好氧段HRT分别为8.1h和21.3h,工艺运行即可达到如上效果;当缺氧段温度降至15℃时,缺氧段和好氧段HRT分别延长至12.7h和33.1h,才可达到同样的效果,但好氧段温度必须满足25℃,才能使出水COD达到300mg/L以下的目标。

污水生物处理中的好氧颗粒污泥技术

好氧颗粒污泥因其具有较高的微生物量,具备脱氮除磷能力和良好的沉淀性能,在工业废水和城市污水处理中的应用潜力很大,但在其形成机理方面还存在问题并未彻底弄清。分析了好氧颗粒污泥的特点及其形成过程的影响因素,如胞外聚合物、水力剪切力、温度等;归纳了关于好氧颗粒污泥的形成假说,总结了其在城市污水和工业废水处理方面的应用情况以及好氧颗粒污泥稳定性及形成机理方面存在的问题,论述了好氧颗粒污泥技术今后的发展趋势。
