血清UCHL-1和ICAM-1的表达变化对成人颞叶癫痫患者短期预后的预测价值分析
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue目的探讨血清泛素羧基末端水解酶L1（UCHL-1）、细胞间黏附分子-1（ICAM-1）在成人颞叶癫痫患者中的表达水平及与患者短期预后的关系。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月邯郸市第一医院神经内科收治的89例成人颞叶癫痫患者为观察组，同期体检的89例健康体检志愿者为对照组。根据格拉斯哥预后评分量表（GOS）将治疗后的观察组患者分为预后良好组26例和预后不良组63例。比较预后良好组和预后不良组患者一般临床资料、癫痫发病特征、癫痫持续状态严重评分（STESS）、UCHL-1和ICAM-1等的差异 ...
