更年期功能性子宫出血宫内膜雌、孕激素受体含量研究 [PDF]

对76例更年期功能性子宫出血(功血)患者测定官内膜胞浆雌激素受体(ER)及孕激素受体(PR)含量,结果增殖症明显高于其它功血组。16例增殖症炔诺酮治疗前后ER、PR含量观察,有效者与无效者变化不同。提示更年期功血测定ER、PR含量可较准确反映卵巢激素对宫内膜的影响及内膜对激素的反应状态;孕激素治疗增殖症时,组织学变化与受体含量变化有关;治疗前ER、PR含量可能预测对孕激素治疗的反应。
