栗子坪自然保护区林分类型对土壤化学计量特征、微生物及其季节动态响应

[目的] 为揭示栗子坪自然保护区林分类型对土壤有机碳、氮、磷含量的垂直分布特征、土壤化学计量特征(C/N、C/P、N/P)、酶活性、微生物及其季节响应。[方法] 选取旱季、雨季的青冈-川杨阔叶混交林、栓皮栎落叶阔叶林、冷杉-云杉针叶混交林和石棉玉山竹竹林土壤为研究对象,阐明林分类型对土壤化学计量特征、酶活性、微生物及其季节动态响应特征。[结果] (1)4个林分类型土壤理化性质和酶活性均表现为雨季大于旱季;(2) C/N在青冈-川杨阔叶混交林、冷杉-云杉针叶混交林表现为旱季大于雨季,其余2个林分反之;N ...
