本文通过系统文献综述的方法分析国内外学者关于父母情绪状态及情绪干预措施对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童发展的研究,探索父母情绪管理与孤独症谱系障碍儿童的情绪和行为问题的关系,并对父母实施情绪管理干预对孤独症谱系障碍儿童情绪和行为症状的影响进行回顾和分析发现:1)父母的情绪状态与ASD儿童的情绪和行为问题呈负相关;2)父母对儿童情绪表达的反应方式及情绪调节策略正向预测ASD儿童的情绪和行为问题;3)对父母实施情绪管理干预具有重要意义,在调整父母情绪状态和改善ASD儿童情绪和行为症状上均显示出积极的效果。
