在28 ℃、(28 ±3) ℃和(28 ±6) ℃温度条件下孵化乌龟(Chinemys reevesii)卵,检测上述温度条件对孵化期、孵化成功率、幼体大小以及运动能力的影响.孵化温度显著影响乌龟卵的孵化期、幼体重量和背甲大小,但对孵化成功率和幼体运动能力无显著影响.恒温条件下卵的孵化期短于波动温度,恒温条件下孵出的幼体体重大于波动温度条件下的幼体.因此,与恒温相比,波动孵化温度并不提高乌龟幼体质量.

双垂鹤鸵( Casuarius casuarius)在圈养条件下自然繁殖十分困难,人工孵化更少之又少,南京红山森林动物园近几年已成功掌握双垂鹤鸵的自然繁殖技术,2019年通过3种孵化模式的对比试验,再次突破人工孵化难点,成功孵化5只幼雏,从卵的保存、孵化准备、孵化技术与经验3个方面总结了实际操作要点。结果表明:孵化温度361—363℃,相对湿度55%—65%,全程恒温恒湿,出雏率100%,孵化期46—49 d。孵化期间采取机器自动翻卵与手动翻卵相结合的翻卵方式、照卵和观察胎动相结合的验卵方式效果较好。

白冠长尾雉(Syrmaticus reevesii)是国家一级重点保护野生动物,为了提高圈养白冠长尾雉的繁育水平,在其繁殖期前调整日粮配方进行投喂,调整雌雄性比,通过人工孵化和人工育雏的方式,提高白冠长尾雉的出雏率和成活率。结果显示:繁殖期前的调整提高了白冠长尾雉卵的品质,调整后,孵化率由308%提升到534%,健雏率和1年成活率分别由383%、732%提升到709%、925%。圈养白冠长尾雉卵重为27—37 g,卵径为(4610±238)mm×(3475±121)mm,卵形指数为1
