临近高压线路吊车施工安全距离监测系统

为有效解决临近高压线工程车辆升高、转运等施工作业时碰线问题,设计了一种基于多线激光雷达的临近高压线作业安全距离预警系统。利用安装于吊车顶端的激光雷达,测量吊线及高压线缆的点云坐标,使用DBSCAN聚类算法、最小二乘法和坐标变换等手段,建立吊车吊线与高压线缆的空间模型,计算最小净空距离与安全预警值比较,实现预警。系统硬件包含主控制装置、激光雷达测距装置和报警装置,利用激光雷达可实现广角空间障碍点阵测量的能力,实现空间范围、无瞄准的距离监测。测试结果表明,临近高压线缆时,在设置的报警距离内,均能有效报警 ...

中国相关规程标准中尚未对±200 kV电压等级直流换流站设备不停电时的安全距离做出说明,如果按照高一档电压等级±500 kV安全距离来选取±200 kV电压等级的安全距离,存在安全裕度明显偏大的现象。通过对±200 kV换流站5种典型电极对其它设施(接地)间隙进行正极性标准操作冲击试验,借鉴带电作业相关研究成果,计算得到±200 kV换流站内典型电极的最小安全距离和危险率,同时结合人体在换流站内的活动范围,确定了±200 kV换流站典型不同的设备不停电时的最小安全距离为2.8 m。研究结果可为±200 ...
