磁开关具有高重频、长寿命和高平均功率等优点,能够实现脉冲前沿的压缩,已广泛应用于脉冲功率系统。目前磁开关的设计是采用伏秒积分方程确定磁芯结构体积以及绕组的匝数,设计时的精度不高。通过测量铁基纳米晶磁芯的脉冲磁化特性,据此使用多物理场仿真软件Comsol建立了考虑磁芯饱和过程的磁开关场路耦合模型,通过100 kV级的高压脉冲压缩实验,验证了仿真模型的准确性与有效性。利用磁开关仿真模型分析了磁芯的饱和时间以及杂散参数对磁开关输出波形的影响,完成了磁芯饱和时间以及减小磁开关杂散参数的优化设计 ...
