宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内良性占位病变142例临床分析 [PDF]
, 2003 目的 :探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内良性病变的疗效及其安全性。方法 :应用连续灌流式宫腔镜 ,对 1 4 2例子宫良性占位病变进行宫腔镜电切手术治疗 ,其中子宫粘膜下肌瘤 2 4例 ,内凸型子宫壁间肌瘤 2 2例 ,子宫内膜息肉 8例 ,子宫腺肌瘤 2例 ,宫颈肌瘤 2 5例 ,宫颈息肉 39例 ,宫颈宫腔复合占位病变 2 2例。随诊 1～ 1 2个月。结果 :所有患者均一次手术成功 ,无明显手术并发症 ,切除瘤体直径 0 .5～ 8.0cm。宫腔电切术的手术时间 1 5～ 70min ,平均 48min

宫腔镜手术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者的临床疗效及并发症发生率分析 [PDF]
, 2021 目的：评价黏膜下子宫肌瘤行宫腔镜手术治疗的临床疗效与并发症发生率。方法：选择我院妇科诊治的88例黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者为对象进行研究，以方便抽样法将其均分成研究组44例、常规组44例，研究组行宫腔镜手术治疗，常规组行传统开腹手术治疗，分析治疗情况。结果：研究组手术及住院时间均较短，手术出血量较少，术后并发症率较低，术后3个月的E2、FSH以及LH水平较低，各项指标与对照组间差异显著，P＜0.05。结论：给予黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者宫腔镜手术治疗的效果显著，可减少出血量，缩短手术与住院时间，同时还可降低并发症 ...
