Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2017 目的研究窖蛋白1（caveolin-1）表达对子宫内膜样腺癌（EA）临床病理特征及子宫内膜上皮内瘤变（EIN）的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测93例子宫内膜样腺癌及35例子宫内膜上皮内瘤变中窖蛋白1的表达,分析窖蛋白1表达水平及与临床病理参数的关系。结果窖蛋白-1在子宫内膜样腺癌中阳性率（65.6%）,显著高于子宫内膜上皮内瘤变（阳性率17.1%）。窖蛋白-1表达水平在低分化腺癌（86.4%）、肿瘤浸润深度≥1/2（82.8%）、淋巴管间隙受侵（88.2%）、肿瘤直径≥2cm（76.8 ...

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue全球范围内宫颈癌（Cervical carcinoma, CC）是女性第四大常见的癌症，发病率仅次于乳腺癌、肺癌和结肠癌，是严重威胁女性健康的生殖道恶性肿瘤[1]。宫颈癌筛查主要包括宫颈细胞学检测及人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）检测。现有研究数据显示，开展大规模、有组织的人群细胞学检测，可以有效降低宫颈癌的发病率与死亡率，其不足之处是敏感度低和重复性差[2]。
