Gongye shui chuli针对现有高浓度复合粉末载体生物流化床（HPB）工艺研究多聚焦提标改造，缺乏高标准新建扩建工程系统性实证的现状，以济南唐冶新区污水处理厂二期扩建工程为例，通过2025年8—12月的实际运行数据及与一期A2/O+MBR工艺的同源平行对比，系统分析了HPB工艺在超负荷进水条件下的长期运行效能、微生物富集特征及经济性。结果表明，在进水CODCr、NH3-N、TN、TP等指标超负荷的情况下，仍能稳定达到准Ⅳ类出水；在混合液悬浮固体浓度（MLSS）变化不大的情况下，通过加大HPB回收，有机分占比可由35%提高至50%
