Symbiotic Germination Technique of an Endangered Epiphytic Orchid Dendrobium sinominutiflorum: A Promising Conservation Application 濒危附生兰科植物勐海石斛 (Dendrobium sinominutiflorum) 的共生萌发技术:一种具有应用前景的保护策略

open access: yesIntegrative Conservation, Volume 5, Issue 2, Page 192-204, June 2026.
We developed an effective ex‐situ conservation approach for an endangered orchid species, Dendrobium sinominutiflorum. A compatible fungal strain Tulasnella sp. was obtained by using in‐situ seed baiting technique. The Symbiotic germination with Tulasnella sp. significantly promotes seed germination and seedling growth.

Guanidinium‐Based Covalent Organic Frameworks via Pore Wall Regulation: Efficient Selective Palladium Recovery From Metallurgical Wastewater

open access: yesRare Metals, Volume 45, Issue 5, May 2026.
ABSTRACT Recovering palladium (Pd) from low‐concentration metallurgical wastewater still poses significant challenges. In this study, triaminoguanidine hydrochloride was used as the key functional site, and three guanidine‐functionalized covalent organic frameworks (GCOFs) were successfully constructed by adjusting the substituents (–H, –OH, and –OCH3)

Improving the Electrochemical Properties of SiOx/Graphite Anode for High‐Performance Lithium‐Ion Batteries by Ultrathin Lithium Film Prelithiation

open access: yesRare Metals, Volume 45, Issue 4, April 2026.
ABSTRACT High‐capacity SiOx/graphite (SiO/G) anodes offer great potential for advancing lithium‐ion battery technology; however, their practical application is limited by low initial coulombic efficiency (ICE) and rapid capacity decay. These challenges primarily arise from unstable phase transitions and the formation of the solid electrolyte interphase

A Micro‐Nano Flower‐Like Na3V2(PO4)3@C Constructed by Polar‐Driven H‐Bond Engineering Toward High‐Rate Sodium Storage

open access: yesRare Metals, Volume 45, Issue 2, February 2026.
ABSTRACT The polyanionic compound Na3V2(PO4)3 (NVP) has emerged as a competitive cathode material for sodium‐ion batteries (SIBs), owing to its high‐voltage redox activity (3.4 V vs. the Na+/Na reference couple) and NASICON‐type framework that enables superior ionic conductivity.

Correlation Between Strain Gradient and Fracture Damage Mechanism of TA18 Alloy Based on In Situ SEM/EBSD Analysis

open access: yesRare Metals, Volume 45, Issue 1, January 2026.
ABSTRACT TA18 alloy is an ideal material for piping systems in the aerospace field, the low notch sensitivity and high damage tolerance enhance its engineering application value. However, the complex failure mechanism influenced by strain gradient necessitates further improvement of the service stability for TA18 alloy in practical engineering ...

Beyond Motivation: Modeling the Predictive Role of L2 Pride in Informal Digital Learning of English

open access: yesInternational Journal of Applied Linguistics, Volume 35, Issue 4, Page 1938-1952, November 2025.
ABSTRACT This study investigates the role of second language (L2) pride—an understudied affective factor—in shaping learners’ language learning motivation and involvement with informal digital learning of English (IDLE). Drawing on questionnaire data from 1388 Chinese university EFL students, the study employs structural equation modeling to examine ...

Transparent reporting items for simulation studies evaluating statistical methods: Foundations for reproducibility and reliability

open access: yesMethods in Ecology and Evolution, Volume 15, Issue 11, Page 1926-1939, November 2024.
Abstract Simulation studies are essential tools to assess statistical methods. Functioning as controlled experiments, simulations generate data from known underlying processes. However, unclear or incomplete reporting of simulation studies can impact their interpretability and reproducibility, potentially leading to the misuse of statistical methods ...

Establishment of clinical criteria for the diagnosis of adverse food reactions in dogs with atopic dermatitis

open access: yesVeterinary Dermatology, Volume 35, Issue 4, Page 418-431, August 2024.
Background – Diagnosis of canine adverse food reactions (AFRs) is based on vague criteria, such as ‘>50% improvement’ during elimination diet trial (EDT) followed by ‘deterioration’ during provocation test (PT). Objective – The objective of the study was to use predefined criteria to evaluate response during EDT [i.e., Owner Global Assessment of ...

Elephant conservation in India: Striking a balance between coexistence and conflicts

open access: yesIntegrative Conservation, Volume 3, Issue 1, Page 1-11, March 2024.
India harbors the largest population of Asian elephants in the world. The institutional, policy, and legal instruments that enable sustaining elephant population in India were elaborated in the article. Abstract In the human‐dominated epoch of the Anthropocene, nations worldwide are trying to adopt a variety of strategies for biodiversity conservation,

产生风洞低温试验气流的新途径 [PDF]

open access: yes, 1997
