目的基于4D Lable-free蛋白质组学技术分析富氢水干预对老年性聋小鼠耳蜗差异蛋白表达的影响,探索其作用机制。方法20只雄性C57BL/6J小鼠随机分为5组(n=4):年轻组、自然衰老组、诱导衰老组、自然衰老富氢水治疗组、诱导衰老富氢水治疗组。检测5组实验小鼠的听觉脑干反应(ABR)听力阈值,取耳蜗组织进行蛋白组学分析,包括差异蛋白筛选、基因本体(GO)、京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)富集分析。结果共鉴定到3 925个差异表达蛋白。年轻组与自然衰老组差异表达蛋白共有559个(上调蛋白400个,
