应用自制微萃取瓶,采用异辛烷作萃取剂,液-液微萃取方法富集水中壬基酚,反相高效液相色谱法测定。考察了不同萃取剂、盐析效应和pH对萃取效果的影响。壬基酚在水中的加标回收率为91.77%,方法检出限为0.525μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.82%。该萃取方法可有效富集水中痕量壬基酚。
