, 2008 本发明公开了一种微型质谱中样品直接进样在线富集的膜进样装置，采用无孔致密聚二甲基硅氧烷片状膜，能够有效限制进入质谱的气体量，同时可以做为质谱和大气的中间接口。装置中采用了单层超薄膜对样品进行快速富集，膜后具有一真空差分腔体，该腔体用来进行富集样品的缓冲和存储。该腔体处于低真空条件下，所以允许加大膜的面积，从而加大样品与膜的接触面积，富集效率提高。差分口处安装有电磁阀，当要进行气体富集时关闭抽气口，气体经过膜进入缓冲腔体进行富集。样品分析完毕后开通电磁阀门进行差分抽气，把富集后的样品迅速抽出防止记忆效应 ...
