剖宫产术后B型超声监测75例分析

本文对75例剖宫产术后的B型超声波(下称B超)监测,根据B超所见分为3组:子宫复旧正常组(22例)、子宫复旧不良组(34例)、子宫切口感染及腹壁下血肿组(19例)。结果表明(子宫复旧不良组,宫腔积液占82%,子宫较同期正常组大;子宫切口感染及腹壁下血肿组,出现子宫下段混合性包块占84%,术后发热占89%。B超动态观察子宫复旧的情况,以正常组最快,复旧不良组次之。感染组最慢。提示对术后患者有不明原因的发热,应尽早做B超检查,早期诊断及时治疗可避免出现败血症及晚期产后大出血等严重后果。
