光纤的机械可靠性及寿命评估

为了探究延长光纤机械寿命的关键技术,研究了光纤机械可靠性及寿命评估模型。影响光纤机械寿命的主要因素是光纤裂纹生成和光纤裂纹在应力腐蚀下不断生长。根据光纤机械强度计算公式以及光纤疲劳试验的威布尔分布特性,建立光纤筛选实验寿命评估模型。运用该寿命评估模型对OPGW(光纤复合架空地线)线路寿命进行模拟计算和评估,探究了延长OPGW线路寿命的关键技术。结果表明,提高光纤疲劳参数和降低光纤使用时的应力水平,均可显著提高光纤寿命。

光缆的寿命是由光缆中所使用的材料寿命和光缆中光纤的寿命两方面来决定的。光缆长期使用过程中,难免要处于水汽环境中,水分对光缆材料寿命和光纤寿命均有影响。因此,光缆的渗水性能是评价光缆质量的重要指标之一,也是考核光缆环境性能的一个重要方面,是保证光缆寿命(2530年)的重要因素之一。文章探讨了水分对光缆寿命的影响以及如何采取有效措施降低这种影响。

基于威布尔分布的油纸套管寿命预测模型

为研究油纸套管的寿命分布以及发生层间击穿后的剩余寿命,结合绝缘材料寿命的威布尔分布理论,建立了套管绝缘层寿命模型。并利用蒙特卡罗方法仿真计算了某型号110 k V油纸套管的寿命分布以及发生层间击穿后的剩余寿命分布。研究表明,该型号油纸套管的寿命符合形状参数为19.68,尺度参数为22.05的威布尔分布。当发生一层和两层击穿之后,形状参数分别减小为5.47和0.22,这意味着发生层间击穿之后由于电场分布的改变使得套管的寿命会迅速减小,层间击穿对于套管内绝缘是一个自加速过程 ...

基于随机模糊理论的高压断路器剩余机械寿命评估

针对高压断路器机械寿命评估参数具有随机性和模糊性的特点,将随机模糊理论应用到高压断路器的机械寿命评估中。通过高压断路器机械寿命试验,结合机械寿命评估参数随机性与模糊性的分布特点,引入三角形模糊变量,并运用曲线拟合的方法,得到高压断路器机械寿命评估参数的随机模糊分布函数,进而建立随机模糊双重不确定条件下的高压断路器剩余机械寿命模型,并实现对高压断路器剩余机械寿命的预测。对比试验结果表明,所建立模型能够客观有效地评估高压断路器的机械寿命。
