Huli yanjiu, 2016 摘要： ICU是危重病人监护及治疗的特殊区域，病人由于病情危重，免疫功能低下，大量使用抗菌药物并接受多种侵入性诊疗措施，极易发生获得性感染。由于各种严重基础疾病、意识障碍、长时间留置导尿、广谱抗菌药物大量使用等构成了导管相关尿路感染高发的主要原因。导尿管相关性尿路感染如未得到有效的控制，将会导致病人住院日延长，甚至引起败血症及全身感染。近年来,关于银离子导尿管抗菌作用的研究逐渐增多,但还没有形成统一认识。我们以普通尿管为对照，研究含银离子涂层的超滑抗菌导尿管留置导尿的抗菌作用。
