高精度矢量磁力仪地面测试定标系统大型磁屏蔽室仿真分析

利用有限元分析方法开展大型磁屏蔽室的仿真分析,完成了高精度矢量磁力仪地面定标用大型磁屏蔽室的建模和性能仿真计算,从屏蔽效能、开口影响及内部磁场均匀度等方面对磁屏蔽室仿真计算和实测结果进行对比。结果表明,磁屏蔽空间内部中心区域的剩磁实测数值与仿真结果一致性较好,剩磁分布趋势基本一致,证明有限元分析方法在磁屏蔽室屏蔽性能定量分析的可行性。通过有限元分析方法,能够实现磁屏蔽室开口剩磁影响的定量计算,为磁屏蔽室门及通风孔设计提供依据;同时可以对内部磁场均匀区大小、残余梯度进行验证 ...

磁化纤维改性碳纤维复合材料制备及性能研究

开关柜工频磁场计算及壳体屏蔽效能分析

文中基于电磁场基本理论,建立了开关柜工频磁场数学模型,采用有限元法对开关柜的磁感应强度进行了计算,分析了壳体、壳体厚度和磁导率等对开关柜磁感应强度分布和屏蔽效能的影响,并研究了开关柜柜外母排长度对磁感应强度分布的影响,结果表明:开关柜外壳和隔板对工频磁场具有明显的屏蔽作用,增大壳体磁导率和厚度均可提高开关柜整体的屏蔽效能,但当壳体磁导率大于1 000和厚度超过3 mm时,屏蔽效能增长幅度较小;柜外母排长度对开关柜周围磁场分布影响较小,但对柜体顶部磁场分布的影响较大 ...

变电站巡检机器人无线充电系统辐射屏蔽设计

为了降低变电站巡检机器人磁耦合谐振式无线充电系统正常工作时对附近工作人员安全造成的危害,将高频辐射降低到国标标准限值内,笔者提出了一种复合结构式铝板屏蔽方案,采用有限元方法仿真计算巡检机器人无线充电系统电磁辐射,计算尺寸、层数对屏蔽板屏蔽效果的影响,并对比分析六种复合结构式屏蔽装置的屏蔽效果。结果表明:当增大屏蔽板尺寸和增加屏蔽板层数时,无线充电对外辐射磁场强度出现明显下降;采用复合结构式屏蔽板能够将无线充电系统的对外辐射磁场幅值基本降低到国标限值以内。
