文中采用多孔镍模板通过浸渍含有碳纤维粉的环氧树脂混合液中制备碳纤维/多孔镍/环氧树脂复合材料。借助矢量网络分析仪、热重分析仪和电阻率测量仪等研究复合材料的电磁屏蔽性能(EMI SE)、热稳定性和导电性能。结果表明碳纤维粉的出现提高了整个复合材料的热稳定性,硬度和电磁屏蔽性能。且电磁屏蔽效能则随着碳纤维粉含量增加而增加,在18-26.5 GHz范围内,电磁屏蔽效能最高达到30 dB。
