针对山西某工业园区高盐、高氟、高硬度及含硅工业废水处理难度大、运行能耗高的问题，建设了一座处理规模为20 000 m3/d的工业废水处理厂。主体工艺采用除氟高效沉淀池+除硅除硬高效沉淀池+翻板滤池+UF+RO深度除盐为主工艺，辅以浓水再浓缩+MVR蒸发结晶处理工艺。特别地，工程突破传统全量深度脱盐模式，创新性提出“水质分流调配+极限减量”的集成工艺，在确保出水水质优于《城市污水再生利用 工业用水水质》（GB/T 19923—2024）标准的同时，显著降低了系统运行能耗。运行结果表明，系统对TDS、总硬度、
