工频过电压对压敏电阻影响的实验研究

在低压电力系统中由于工频暂时过电压导致电源型电涌保护器Surge Protective De-vices(SPD)损坏事件时有发生。根据氧化锌压敏电阻的伏安特性,结合双肖特基势垒理论,利用热稳定仪和CJ1001型压敏电阻直流参数仪进行多次实验,通过对实验数据进行对比分析,提出了电源型SPD的工频暂时过电压耐受性不仅与MOV的电压梯度有关,还与低温焊锡连接点位置、通流容量、能量耐受密度等有关;MOV的工频热击穿为瞬态过程。

本文对阳城———江苏 5 0 0kV输电系统的工频过电压、潜供电流以及三相合闸、单相重合闸过电压利用EMTP进行了计算。分析表明 ,该系统工频过电压符合有关规定 ;潜供电流小于 10A ,能保证单相重合闸成功 ;线路采用合闸电阻与MOA双重保护 ,可有效地限制合闸过电压。

有串联间隙金属氧化物避雷器工频放电电压的现场测量

工频放电电压是反映电气设备质量的重要参数之一。采用阀式避雷器试验的常规方法测量有串联间隙氧化锌避雷器的工频放电电压,将导致测量结果偏高。从工频放电试验机理入手,结合设备结构,探索出一种简便有效的测量方法。通过观察操作箱上电流数字的变化,可以有效判别间隙放电时刻,准确地测量到工频放电电压。该测量方法对三相组合式过电压保护器同样有效。

110kV长线供电系统的过电压研究

建立了一个110kV长线供电系统模型,用软件EMTP对该系统进行了工频过电压和操作过电压的计算。结果表明:如线路长度在200km左右,系统的工频过电压和操作过电压均在允许范围之内,除在线路上加装一定容量的并联电抗器外,不需要采取特别的措施加以限制。

110 kV城市电缆线路过电压研究

介绍了应用电磁暂态仿真程序ATP-EMTP对典型城市长电缆线路过电压进行的研究,分析了电缆长度、系统参数等因素对电缆线路过电压的影响。研究结果表明:线路工频过电压幅值在系统阻抗较大、线路长度较长时可超过限值,工频过电压随系统阻抗的增加而增大,也随着线路长度的增加而增大;线路合闸过电压在残余电位为-1. 0 p. u.时将超过限值,电缆线路合闸过电压与线路残余电位、合闸相角及线路长度均有关系,建议实际工程中采取必要的限制措施。
