中国东北地区梅花鹿衣原体感染率及风险因素分析（英文）

衣原体是一种具有广泛宿主的人畜共患病原体，可引起梅花鹿等动物的流产和其他症状。但是，我国梅花鹿衣原体流行病学相关数据报道却相对较少。本研究分别从哈尔滨、长春、吉林以及赤峰4个地区共采集梅花鹿血清样品847份，经间接血凝抑制实验检测，该批血清样品衣原体感染的阳性率为9.45%。不同地区梅花鹿衣原体阳性率在6.13%—15.87%之间变化。雄性和雌性梅花鹿衣原体感染率分别为9.44%和9.45%。另外，秋季、冬季采集的梅花鹿样品衣原体阳性率分别是8.39%和12.34%。通过二元逻辑回归分析显示 ...
