进行避雷器带电测试可对避雷器的运行状况作出有效的分析判断,为及早发现和处理隐患赢得时间,达到确保电网安全运行的目的。分析比较了几种不同的测试原理以及采用不同原理和传输方式的避雷器带电测试仪的性能,同时,介绍了深圳供电局试验研究所新研制的M21型避雷器带电测试仪的特点和使用情况。另外,通过一起由带电测试发现避雷器故障的现场实例,说明了避雷器带电测试的必要性。建议考虑使用避雷器带电测试取代原有的停电预防性试验。

以带电检测为主、停电检测为辅,替代以停电检测为主、带电检测为辅是电力技术发展的趋势和方向,运用局部放电测试、SF6气体分解物测试、带电测量无间隙金属氧化物避雷器(MOA)泄漏电流等多种带电测试技术相结合,发现全封闭组合电器(GIS)MOA内部存在严重缺陷,并对缺陷的类型及位置做出详细分析和判断,通过停电解体检查证实了分析的准确性。避免了GIS事故的发生,有效保证了GIS设备的安全稳定运行,为应用带电测试技术积累了经验。

在分析金属氧化物避雷器带电测试原理的基础上,提出在超特高压变电站中采用检修电源箱接线法进行避雷器带电测试的方法。通过理论和500 kV变电站现场试验的对比分析得出,PT二次接线法和检修电源箱接线法在避雷器带电测试中有相同的精确度,但PT二次接线法中需要取流过避雷器计数器的电流和电压互感器端子箱内的二次参考电压,比较适用于低压带电测试;检修电源箱接线法只需要取流过避雷器计数器的电流和检修电源箱内电压进行测试,减少了通过取电压互感器端子相内二次参考电压的误碰、误接线的风险 ...

金属氧化物避雷器带电测试相比传统的停电直流测试具有极大的优势,但周围带电设备对被试避雷器的影响以及避雷器自身存在的相间干扰则是目前带电测量方式遇到的最大困扰。针对普遍存在的"一"字形排列避雷器,分析了其在外界干扰环境下的持续电流特性,指出在现场干扰条件下是无法准确测得泄漏电流的阻性分量的,而避雷器带电测试的关键是确定阻性电流的增量。
