目前开关柜带电检测数据为间接量、经验性较强,易造成缺陷误判。为此基于真型开关柜搭建了缺陷模拟试验装置,利用该装置模拟开关柜中常见的针板放电、悬浮放电、沿面放电缺陷,比对超声波检测法(AE)、暂态地电压检测法(TEV)、特高频检测法(UHF)与脉冲电流法(PC),获取了放电典型图谱和带电检测信号-局放量关系,得到了不同缺陷下超声波检测和特高频检测灵敏度相当但大于暂态地电压检测灵敏度,为开展开关柜带电检测定量分析奠定了基础。

针对现阶段避雷器试验方法的不足,提出了基于宽带脉冲电流法的避雷器局部放电测量方法,在对其测试方法、测试系统进行介绍的基础上分析了避雷器固定金属间隙悬浮放电、内部受潮放电以及表面爬电三种典型缺陷下的局部放电图谱特征,包括了幅值-相位图、原始脉冲波形图以及信号频谱图。最后通过两起案例的应用,验证该测试方法的现场实用性。
