Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1993 干扰素系一种免疫调节因子,是否对红细胞免疫功能产生影响,目前研究尚少。作者观察了20例狼疮性肾炎红细胞C3b受体在体外对干扰素刺激的反应。结果发现,a干扰素能显著增强红细胞C3b受体活性,其激活效应与适合的干扰素剂量及激活时间有关。结果提示,干扰素可能参与红细胞免疫的调节,为临床上治疗红细胞免疫缺陷提供了一条新的研究途径.
