目的探讨肝素抗凝剂对化学发光法测定HCG的影响,以验证是否可用肝素抗凝血进行检测来缩短检测时间。方法用肝素抗凝和普通真空采血管抽取20份患者标本进行对比测定,同时用高于抗凝管10倍浓度的肝素抗凝剂对20份样本中的高中低浓度的HCG样本进行干扰试验。结果肝素抗凝和普通真空采血管两组数据经配对资料t检验(P>0.05),差异无显著性;高浓度肝素抗凝剂对高、中、低浓度的HCG干扰值均小于干扰试验对照组1.96s,最大干扰百分比不足0.9%。结论肝素抗凝剂对化学发光法测定HCG无影响,可用肝素抗凝血样进行检测。

目的研究己糖激酶法和葡萄糖氧化酶法测定血液血糖含量时的干扰因素及其影响程度。方法应用己糖激酶法和葡萄糖氧化酶法试剂盒对临床标本进行血糖的测定,观察其时间反应曲线,同时测定其它24项常用生化示,分析对血糖测定产生干扰的物质及其影响程度。结果通过对临床标本的测定,我们发现体内的代谢产物对己糖激酶法血糖测定产生两种干扰,一种是在胆红素增高时伴随的快速干扰,一种是在革些病理情况下产生的慢反应干扰。结论血糖测定是临床最常用的检测指标,准确测定血糖浓度对指导临床治疗非常重要,所以研究血糖测定的干扰因素是非常有意义的。
