中国沙棘和俄罗斯沙棘叶片在不同土壤水分条件下脯氨酸、可溶性糖及内源激素含量的变化

通过对中国沙棘光合特征及热值的分析发现:在干旱胁迫条件下,中国沙棘的光合作用受到了严重的气孔和非气孔限制;在水分条件好转后,气孔导度不再受干旱的影响,但是光合能力无法恢复。热值分析证明了在水分胁迫后,中国沙棘在生长季结束不能完成能量积累,影响其下一年度生长发育,进而导致死亡。

毛乌素沙地优势种在高CO2浓度条件下对土壤干旱胁迫的响应

采用人工模拟试验方法研究了毛乌素沙地沙生植物群落优势种沙柳、油蒿、柠条、杨柴对高CO2浓度(700μmol/mol)和土壤干旱胁迫的响应。试验结果表明:CO2浓度升高,4种植物根、茎、叶的生物量均呈增加趋势;土壤干旱胁迫对4种植物都产生显著的不利影响,且均随干旱程度的加重负效应增加;在CO2浓度条件下,土壤干旱胁迫的不利影响依然存在,但与本底CO2浓度条件下相比,CO2的"施肥效应"依然存在;通过对4种植物生物量的比较,沙柳在高CO2浓度条件下对干旱较为敏感,柠条对CO2浓度升高更为敏感。

大叶榉‘恨天高’对干旱胁迫的生理响应及抗旱性评价

以大叶榉新品种‘恨天高’及普通大叶榉的幼苗为供试材料,采用盆栽控水人工模拟轻度、中度和重度干旱胁迫环境的方法,研究了供试材料对不同程度干旱胁迫的生理响应,筛选出了适合评价大叶榉的抗旱性生理指标,并结合隶属函数值对供试材料的抗旱性进行了综合评价。结果表明:(1)随着干旱胁迫程度的加剧,2种供试材料的Rec、MDA含量、WSD和Pro含量呈持续上升趋势;2种供试材料的POD活性、SOD活性和Chl含量随着干旱胁迫程度的加深,呈现先上升后下降的“抛物线”趋势;(2)‘恨天高 ...
